GET INCREDIBLE RETURNS FROM THE TIME...
The Sycamore has developed the corporate experience around a unique blend of professional focus time, relaxation, and culture building activities which suit a wide variety of interests. The retreat is hosted at Cairnfern Lodge - the home of The Silver Sixpence wedding venue - which has an incredible amount to offer, as well as years of experience in hosting large events. An example of a 1.5 day programme is shown below:

Tuesday
The morning typically starts from 8:00am. Guests can either have an early start and travel through in the morning, or else arrive in the late afternoon the day before to ensure everyone arrives fresh for the days activities.
Coffee and a light breakfast is served from 8:00am, with the first working session starting from around 9:00am. Depending on the size of the team involved in the retreat, this can be hosted in one of a few different venues.

Tea, Coffee, Juices and snacks are served at around 11:30am to give the team a short break and to refill before continuing the work session. Lunch is then served on the verandah at around 13:30.

After lunch, a final session begins, which is wrapped up by 16:30 for a late afternoon team-building session. This is often a mix of guided fly-fishing, spa treatments and champagne, craft beer or whisky tasting, or forest walks.

Dinner is served at 19:30, and includes a three course meal paired with wines. After dinner consists of the team sitting around the boma fire and consolidating thoughts from the days' events.

Wednesday
The fly fishing, hiking and cycling enthusiasts meet in The Brewery at 6am for a warm beverage and a brief fishing discussion or route planning before heading off to the dams or into the mountains.
Freshly brewed coffee and rusks will be served from 7:00 for the rest of the team, with the full breakfast being served at 8:00am.
Some great team-building and rounding up of the previous days' events have happened on the second morning, with options to walk to the waterfall after breakfast (with refreshments and snacks of course!), and sit amongst the rocks for a final work session. The space and incredible mountain views create a unique perspective for thought development and close-out!

A light lunch is served from about 13:00 before the team departs back to reality!
